To preserve edition numbers and limited edition qantities, all orders are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

DUTIES AND TAXES
If there are any, the purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes. The majority of our shipments do not incur fee's.

DAMAGED GOODS & OTHER ISSUES
Products deemed to be damaged or have any other issues upon arrival may qualify for replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of recieving the product, and the item must be returned within 14 days of reciept in it's original packaging. Please be aware any items listed "made by hand and unique, may have minor imperfections, and these are an intended part of the process". Any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement of any damaged items, especially items listed with "minor imperfections" will be at the sole discretion of carl henry studio Ltd. If the "minor imperfections" are consistent with the majority of products sold, a replacement will not be accepted. The artwork sold on carlhenry.com is part of tactile process therefor buyers accept that "minor imperfections" are part of the creation process.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. carl henry studio Pty Ltd, reserves the right to update these terms at anytime as is necessary.

POSTAGE / DELIVERY TIMES
Prints ship from Melbourne, Australia. The closest location to you will ship your order, unless stock is sold out and only available at one of the locations. For limited edition releases, please allow upto 3 weeks for your order to ship. You will recieve a tracking number when your item is shipped.

All prints hand signed & numbered by the Artist. Archival Print on 310gsm Museum Grade Artist Paper. Limited edition prints are never re-stocked once sold out.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Please allow 4 weeks for your order to ship as an estimate. Tracking number will be sent on shipment. Print size includes a white border, framing and mounting not included.
